Corona Virus (COVID-19) Response

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the “Corona virus” (COVID-19). This is a unique and very challenging time in our global history. We recognize that many people will face issues and concerns they didn’t anticipate just a short time ago, including physical and spiritual needs. We at Oak River Church anticipate God opening opportunities for us to reach and help others and share the love of Christ, as well as opportunities for volunteers to help our church community.

Needs and Prayer Requests
Please use the form to the right to let us know about a need you may have that we might assist with. Additionally, if you have a prayer request, please let us know so Oak River can communicate those requests to our various prayer groups.

Availability to Help Others
Please indicate if you are willing to help another member of the Oak River Church community with needs, as they become known to our leadership.

Tithes and Offerings
We encourage you to continue to submit your financial contributions to Oak River Church via the on-line tool at this website (linked: Tithes and Offerings), for bank transfers and credit cards. Additionally, you may mail checks to the church.

Oak River Church Meetings

In accordance with the government’s request to limit group meetings to no more than 10 people and practice social distancing (6’ separation), Oak River Church has suspended regular Sunday morning services, and other larger meetings, until further notice. Some small group meetings may still take place and are listed on the events calendar on this website.

In lieu of Sunday worship services at the church, Oak River will record and post a weekly sermon podcast and/or video on this website. We encourage our community and anyone desiring a biblical word of encouragement to use these podcasts for their individual and/or family worship times.
